About Dr. Micheal Ayad:

Doctor Micheal Ayad is a board-certified surgeon in both vascular surgery and general surgery. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Texas School of Medicine and completed his residency in general surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center. He also completed a fellowship in vascular surgery at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Ayad is a Fellow of the American College of Surgery and a member of the Society of Clinical Vascular Surgery and Society of Vascular Surgery. He has published extensively on arterial and venous disease and has authored several book chapters on arterial disease, vascular trauma, and venous pathology. Currently, he serves as the associate chief of the division of Vascular Surgery and co-director of the Vascular Lab at Mount Sinai Medical Center.
